At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Window Fitter or Window Fitting Subcontractor to join our client’s growing team based in County Carlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Window and Door Fitter to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Measuring and fitting windows accurately into window openings, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
- Handling and transporting windows, frames, and other materials to and from the worksite.
- Using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, saws, and caulking guns, to cut, shape, and install window components.
- Applying weatherproofing and insulation materials to ensure windows are sealed and energy-efficient.
- Removing old windows and frames and replace them with new ones, performing repairs when necessary.
- Strong window fitting experience
- Knowledge of window installation techniques, measurements, and tools.
- Precision in measuring and cutting materials for accurate window installation.
- Good communication skills for working with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- A valid driving license and any relevant trade certifications
