- Managing and overseeing lift and elevator installation projects from start to finish.
- Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure project compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Monitoring project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Managing project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Proven experience in project management within the lift and elevator industry.
- Strong understanding of lift systems, installation processes, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
