Position: Site Engineer - General Contracting

Location: Dublin

Sal: €40k to €60k p/a

On behalf of our client, based in Dublin, Elk Recruitment are now looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing subcontractors.
• Ordering and control of materials on site.
• Maintaining the site records - recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
• Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety and quality standards.
• Implementation of daily and weekly programs. Ensuring that the subcontractors have adequate resources to meet the program.
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater.
• Reporting.
• Planning & Scheduling.
• Attending weekly site meetings.
• Provide clear leadership and direction to the site team.

Requirements:

• 5 years' Site Management/Engineer experience
• Third level Degree in Civil Engineering
