- Previous experience in facilities management or a similar service desk role is required.
- Professional and confident phone and email manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using ticketing systems or CAFM systems is desirable
