Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the packaging market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in the packaging industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product offerings.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance and market engagement.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
