Job Title: Senior Operations Administrator

Location: Ballymount Dublin

Salary: €35k Doe

The Role:

Our Client a leading Architectural Hardware are currently recruiting for a SENIOR OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to join their Operations Team. The Senior Operations Administrator will assist and support the Operations manager and the onsite services team with all the necessary tasks offering a wide range of operational and administrative support. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operations Manager and the on-site services teams offering a wide range of operational and administrative support including rostering, stock reporting, ordering of new products and raising invoices.
  • Communicate directly with sites to record and resolve varying issues and questions arising from the day to day operational issues.
  • System management - POS system, Orders and Supply chain.
  • Assist in operational reporting.
  • Oversight and management of maintenance issues on site.
  • Other actions required to satisfy the needs of the services team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 year's minimum experience working in operations in an administration office environment
  • Ideally suited to an outgoing enthusiastic person with excellent people management and communication skills and to someone who can deal with colleagues from a number of sites with accuracy and adaptability.
  • Must be a team player with strong service capabilities.
  • Candidates must show flexibility and a strong ability to multitask and prioritise items.
  • Excellence in attention to detail
  • A problem-solver and solution seeker
  • Comfortable using computers, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word & Excel essential. Experience in reporting is important.
  • Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English.
