Position: Senior Customer Care Administrator

Location: Dublin (Office Based)

Salary: Neg €27,000-€35,000 +

Responsibilities :

• Accept Customer Service calls - obtain and log all relevant information.
• Liaise with the Project Manager
• Update Customer and maintain the Service Call Logs
• Receive and follow up on Service Reports submitted by Technicians.
• Order any materials required to complete service calls and follow up on the timely delivery
• Prepare Quotations for chargeable call out, raise invoices, and secure payment.
• Process and follow up on claims from Suppliers for faulty goods.
• Prepare Efficiency Reports on Individual Service Technicians

Requirements :

• Strong customer care skills
• MS Office
• Previous experience; working in a Timber or Metal or Glazing manufacturing environment (An advantage)
• Architectural knowledge
• Fluent spoken & written English
