Position: Quantity Surveyor (Part-Time 3 days a week)

Location: Dublin

Salary: €50,000+ DOE

Our client, a Building Contractor in business over 35 years, are currently recruiting for a part time Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on projects in sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education.

Main Responsibilities:

* Review and identify any issues which may arise from the tender documents.

* Ensure all reporting is accurate and to timescales.

* Negotiate with clients on a professional level

Minimum Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.

* 5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry in Ireland or UK.

* Strong numeracy, report writing skills and attention to detail.
