Role: Office Manager - Telecoms - Construction
Salary: €45k - €65k + attractive package
We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our client, one of the leading international experts in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of telecoms infrastructure and technologies. Our client are experiencing a period of growth and the resulting recruitment requirements to meet their expanding international portfolio of clients.
This role will require some international travel.
On the job training will be provided.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the employees in the project's office;
Management and development of Telecoms Infrastructure Management System (TiMS);
Management of weekly time sheets;
Management of work order trackers and job numbers reports;
Dealing with efficiencies;
Quality assurance and reporting;
Meeting client deadlines.
Office Manager Requirements:
Relevant Engineering qualification and management experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Good time management skills;
Decision making ability;
Strong planning and organisational skills;
Full Irish drivers' licence.
