Position: Payroll Accounts Assistant
Location: Co. Kildare
Salary: €35,000- €47,000 ( Depending On Experience)
Full-time , Permanent
Payroll Experience (Sage Payroll preferred)
Accounting Technician/ACCA/ACA part qualified
Minimum 2 years' experience working in Accounts Department
Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
Sage 50 Accounting software experience preferred but not essential
Ability to take direction and complete assigned duties while also proactively thinking ahead
Description of role:
Monthly and weekly payroll processing. This involves acquiring all relevant information for payroll processing and communicating the payroll details with The Revenue Commissioners.
Day to day managing of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with outside vendors, procurement, finance, and other organisations.
Ensuring a smooth invoicing process
Assisting in the monthly management accounts and end of year accounts:
Customer and Supplier reconciliations
Control accounts reconciliations
