The main function of this new role is to assist the Technical Design Team to complete and produce schedules, drawings and specific working details and documents within a tight timeframe, and to a consistently high standard for presentation to the contracts team.

Junior Technician Role Description:

• Ability to produce project specific working details with Autocad/Revit softwares
• Assist in the management of in-house document control processes
• Assist with compilation of technical documentation such as; technical product submittals, O&M manuals, Warranties etc
• Provide assistance and support to Senior Technicians & Design Manager
• Full training provided including coaching /mentoring from an experienced design team

• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Directors, Management or Consultants appointed by the Directors

Junior Technician Person Specification:

• Proficient in Autocad / Revit
• Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent reading, writing and comprehension skills
• Energetic, highly motivated
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive, can do attitude
• Team player and able to work on own initiative
