Positions: Senior Contracts Managers

Salaries: €90k-€120k +Benefits Packages

Locations: Dublin Wicklow Kildare Laois Meath Louth Wexford

• Provide leadership to the project construction team to ensure works are carried out to the required quality.
• Prepare the site survey, preparation of drawings
• Procure labour either internally or externally
• Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project Reporting.
• Support the project teams and surveyors.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience working with Main/Sub Contractor.
• At least 5 years+ specifically working as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Proven track record of manging building projects
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and communication skills
