Position: ERP Implementation Assistant

Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland

The Job:

Due to continued success, our Client wishes to appoint an ERP Implementation Assistant. This is a new, permanent role and the successful candidate will be responsible for working with the ERP Implementation Project Manager.

You will be assisting in the delivery of the project and will then become the ERP SME for the site.

ERP Implementation Assistant Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the business integration activities between the IT and business team

• Gather/analyse business requirements, support the design of solutions, impact analysis, and delivery

• Evaluate ERP systems to meet the current future-state objectives of the organization

• Deploy best practices to improve, simplify and standardize business processes

ERP Implementation Assistant Requirements:

• Some experience in developing/evaluating enterprise ERP applications (Oracle EBS advantageous)

• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Engineering, MIS or equivalent discipline

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

• Effective influencing and negotiation skills

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with business and IT partners and functions 7
