Position: Data Entry / Admin Assistant - Windows & Doors

Location: Dublin North

Salary: €28k to €32k

The Job:

The Data Entry / Admin Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day to day administration of a busy sales office.

Data Entry / Admin Assistant Responsibilities:

• Enter Survey information into the software for ordering
• Check order entry from confirmed orders from supplier
• Order composite doors
• Enter and order glass from suppliers
• Update the delivery dates on the system for installation scheduling.
• Sales support for bespoke items that need to be priced from various suppliers.
• Answering the phone
• Dealing with customer payments
• Answering fitters queries
• Answering sales rep queries
• Liaise with photographer and Sales Staff regarding before and after photos.
• Ensure referral cards are issued to customers.
• Ensure vouchers are issued to customers.

Data Entry / Admin Assistant Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience.
• Windows and Doors experience
• Excellent phone manner.
• Good attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to use all MS Office Packages.
