Position: Cabinet Maker (Workshop based)

The Company:

Our client, a leading family run Shopfitting Company, with over 30 years' experience in the industry, are now looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Qualified Cabinetmaker you will have a proven history within a similar role with the ability to work on bespoke retail projects. You will be able to work within time-scales and deadlines to ensure contracts and projects targets are met. You will also have experience of working with woodwork machinery and hand power tools.

• Experience of working within a Cabinet maker role is essential
• Competent with panel saw and Edge bander is essential
• Experience in manufacture of Bespoke Display furniture would be a distinct advantage
• Competent in working from drawings and job specifications is essential

Requirements:

• Qualifications as a Joiner/Cabinet Maker/Wood Machinist
• Experience operating a variety of industry related power tools including edge banders, bench saws, panel saws
• Accurate measuring and cutting skills
• Experience in assembly work
• Quality Control experience
• Excellent English Literacy and Numeracy skills
