Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff, facilitating efficient time management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
