At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Taking full responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and site logistics.
- Acting as the primary point of contact on-site, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Conducting progress reviews and ensure accurate reporting to the Contracts/Project Manager.
- Managing site safety, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.
- Collaborating with the Site Engineer to verify the quality and accuracy of works, ensuring timely resolution of defects or non-compliance issues.
- Maintaining comprehensive site records and ensure documentation is up to date in Procore.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finishing Site Management role, ideally with a main contractor
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment
