Role and Responsibilities
- Develop Quality Systems to meet business needs.
- Support internal auditing, carry out site-based QAQC Audits.
- Compile reports and audits using our company's construction software.
- Document and implement quality procedures on all sites and departments.
- Investigate non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Mentor staff and promote skill development through training others on company procedures.
- Collaborate across teams and develop quality inspection check sheets.
- Maintain and review reports and inspections on the company software platform.
- Support customer complaints and product reviews.
- Assisting with BC(a)R and project handovers
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by our QAQC Manager.
- Foster a culture of quality and support QAQC expertise across the company through training and support.
Requirements
- Trades background / 3rd level Construction Management Qualification.
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of construction best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in large-scale projects
- Familiarity with building regulations and certification standards
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Effective team player, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Experience working with Procore construction software
- Lean Construction qualification/experience is an advantage
