At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Clare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service / ensuring that contracts are completed safely, per programme, on budget and snag free.
  • Plan, co-ordinate, execute the works and deliver the project as per contract documents.
  • Ensure the client’s expectations are met by delivering a quality product to the end.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
  • 3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills.
