Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service / ensuring that contracts are completed safely, per programme, on budget and snag free.
- Plan, co-ordinate, execute the works and deliver the project as per contract documents.
- Ensure the client’s expectations are met by delivering a quality product to the end.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager.
- 3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experience.
- Proven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation & time management skills.
