Duties:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site engineering activities, ensuring works comply with design specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure Quality Assurance compliance, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Liaise with design teams, contractors, and site staff to resolve technical issues and clarify requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and verify works against design specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards for health, safety, and the environment.
- Provide technical support to the site team, ensuring accurate implementation of project designs.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines, identifying and resolving potential delays.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering roles for residential/commercial construction projects in Ireland.
