At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Site Architect-Site based Building Surveyor to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Architect/Site-based Building Surveyor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide site-based architectural/technical support to the project team
  • Monitor works on site for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards
  • Review contractor queries, RFIs, and technical submissions
  • Assist with inspections, snagging, and quality assurance reporting
  • Coordinate with the design team, consultants and contractor to resolve issues
  • Support delivery of BCAR-related site inspections and compliance documentation (where applicable)
  • Contribute to as-built information and handover documentation
What You’ll bring:
  • Experience working on construction sites in Ireland (essential)
  • Background as an Architect, Building Surveyor, Senior Architectural Technologist (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing and Irish Building Regulations
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage issues proactively on site
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills (Revit/AutoCAD experience beneficial)
