Responsibilities
- Design and implement Building Management System solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS with HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
- Conduct site surveys to assess existing building systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain BMS design documentation, including schematics and system specifications.
- Program and configure BMS software to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS hardware and software.
- Provide training and support to clients and staff on BMS operations and maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of Building Management Systems in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and security systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms and programming languages such as Modbus, BACnet, or KNX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Certifications related to building automation or energy management are a plus.
