Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate project documentation and maintain accurate records for multiple construction projects.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to support project teams and management.
  • Manage communication channels between subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate project progress.
  • Assist in budget tracking and administrative support for project management activities.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff to enhance their professional development and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
