Your new role includes:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service requests and provide timely updates.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to optimise their routes.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and follow-ups in the database.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information and clarify service needs.
- Assist in training new service staff on customer service protocols and company policies.
- Monitor service performance metrics and report findings to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
Experience you need:
- Experience in the window and door industry is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using software applications, including scheduling tools and customer management systems.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
