Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal design reviews and ensure coordinated, compliant design outputs
- Manage design programmes, deliverables, approvals and issue registers
- Coordinate external consultants and specialist design packages
- Drive design risk management and design change control
- Support project teams with technical queries (RFIs) and construction information
- Produce, maintain and develop the company Design Manual (standards, templates, workflows, QA checks)
- Ensure design aligns with Irish statutory requirements (e.g. Building Regulations / BCAR)
What You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager / Design Manager in Ireland or similar markets
- Strong technical judgement and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of BCAR, DAC/Planning compliance and project delivery in Ireland
- BIM/coordination experience (Revit/Navisworks/ACC) an advantage
