Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and the project remains within budget.
- Carry out cost analysis and value engineering to ensure the best value for the project.
- Review and monitoring of Project Commercial Plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably roofing, cladding experience.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
