At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Operations Manager with experience working in the Coffee or Catering equipment industry to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
- Overseeing daily operations including supply chain management, logistics, and stock control for coffee machines, consumables, and accessories
- Managing and optimising service schedules for machine installation, maintenance, and repair
- Working closely with the sales, customer support, and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Developing and maintaining KPIs and performance metrics across operations
- Leading and supporting a small team across warehousing, service coordination, and administration
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role, within the FMCG coffee or catering equipment sectors
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and customer service delivery
- Experience coordinating technical field service teams or managing equipment lifecycle is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
