- Contacting leads with the objective of working closely with the Accountancy Sales teams for closing new business opportunities.
- Act as the initial point of contact to all new prospects.
- Actively liaise with prospects, fact-finding key data.
- Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via online webinars.
- Create effective approaches to closing new business.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring a premium level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep up-to-date records through our CRM system.
- Maintain a basic understanding of our software's to answer prospects questions.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Experience you need:
- Minimum of 1 year working in a similar Sales role.
- A third level qualification, ideally in sales or business would be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrable record of achieving targets
- A strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- An eager to learn mindset, focused on excelling and developing.
- Target driven.
