Position: Payroll Accounts Assistant

Location: Co. Kildare

Salary: €35,000- €47,000 ( Depending On Experience)

Full-time , Permanent

Requirements

• Payroll Experience (Sage Payroll preferred)

• Accounting Technician/ACCA/ACA part qualified

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in Accounts Department

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office

• Sage 50 Accounting software experience preferred but not essential

• Ability to take direction and complete assigned duties while also proactively thinking ahead

Description of role:

• Monthly and weekly payroll processing. This involves acquiring all relevant information for payroll processing and communicating the payroll details with The Revenue Commissioners.

• Day to day managing of Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with outside vendors, procurement, finance, and other organisations.

• Ensuring a smooth invoicing process

• Assisting in the monthly management accounts and end of year accounts:

• Bank reconciliations

• Customer and Supplier reconciliations

• Control accounts reconciliations
