Position: Kitchen Sales & Design Consultants
Location: Antrim & Derry
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Pro-actively achieving sales targets
- Point of contact for Customer Sales Support & maintain excellent customer service
- Survey & Provide kitchen designs and quotations from our showroom and the customers property
- Provide full Kitchen Refurbishment estimates to customers
- Preparing 3D AutoCAD drawings and elevations
- Managing any design and sales queries during installation
- Develop strong customer relations with clients
- Providing 1st Class customer service and aftersales service to all Customers
- Maintaining high level of Health and Safety standards at all the time
- Provide Sales support to external staff
- Working closely with the Kitchen Centre before, during and after kitchen installations
- Filling and general administration duties as required
- Upkeep and cleanliness of the Showroom, including responsibility for Health & Safety in line with legislation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Kitchen Sales & Design in a target driven environment
- Kitchen Sales & Design experience is essential
- Fully Conversant using ArtiCad or CAD Design Software
- Excellent IT Skills including Word/Excel/PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Full, clean driving licence
