- Providing advice on procurement strategies to maximize value for money.
- Preparing tender documents and assist in the bidding process.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors to obtain favourable terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Ideally 2 years of experience within the Irish market
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills for cost management.
- Proficiency in using cost estimating software and MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
