At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Production Team Lead to join our client’s growing team based near Oranmore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Line Team Leader to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organisation.

- Working across all areas of the meat processing plant.
- Performing daily visual inspections, quality checks as defined by departmental procedures and instructions.
- Compiling documentation and adhering to food safety standards
- Making sure machines are working and organizing tasks like making, packing, and sorting products.
- Solving any problems or disagreements in the team and monitoring staff members’ work
- Previous experience in a managerial/ team lead role, ideally within cold room enviornments
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality regulations preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stick to deadlines
