At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Finishing Site Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finishing Site Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
- Implementing and monitoring Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance
- Requisition materials and ensuring deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finishing Site Management role, ideally with a main contractor
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment
