In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine issues in vehicles and heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines including oil changes, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
  • Inspect vehicles for potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance services performed.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in diesel-powered vehicles.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify faults in diesel engines and equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Relevant certifications in diesel mechanics or automotive technology.
