Your new role includes:
- Assist the Site Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations on site
- Support the logistics of site activities, including deliveries, storage, access routes, and material handling
- Maintain and update daily site records, including delivery dockets, labour logs, and progress reports
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with H&S procedures
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project flow
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ordered, tracked, and delivered as required
- Assist in tracking project progress and reporting any delays or issues to site management
- Help coordinate access for cranes, plant, and specialist equipment
- Attend daily briefings and toolbox talks, contributing to safety and efficiency onsite
Experience you need:
- Trade background or construction-related 3rd level qualification
- 3+ years experience in a construction/site-based role, preferably with a Main Contractor
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality and safety standards
- Strong familiarity with construction logistics and site coordination
- Computer literacy for site reports, delivery tracking, and scheduling
- Proactive and willing to learn from a skilled and supportive team
