At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client’s growing team based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator with experience in Accounts Receivables to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What’s on Offer:

- Monday to Friday
- 39 hours per week
Your new role includes:
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices & credit notes, process payment receipts, carryout reconciliations & issue monthly statements.
- Ensure collection targets are met while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Review and approve new credit applications, set up new accounts, manage credit limits, credit insurance, and monitor high-risk accounts.
- Provide regular reporting on debtors, payments, aged balances, and bad debt provisions.
- Prepare bank lodgements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Experience you need:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
