Your new role includes:
- Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Implementing individual care plans and support routines
- Fostering a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Supporting educational, recreational, and social activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, families, and external agencies.
- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field
- Full driving licence is an advantage
- Experience in residential care or working with children is desirable
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and trauma-informed care principles
- Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
