Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the installation of windows and doors on multiple sites.
- Coordinate daily operations and workflows among various teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts swiftly to minimize delays.
Requirements
- Proven experience in site management, particularly in windows and doors installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
