Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the database regularly
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for team meetings
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Foster positive relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Help in organizing promotional events and webinars to boost sales opportunities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales support or office administration is Essential
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
