The Job: Excellent Opportunity for an experienced Sales / Business Developer to join Our Clients, a bespoke Joinery manufacturing firm based Dublin West with over 20 years of experience in developing Shop furniture, Display Systems and Joinery to the retail and commercial interior sector.

Responsibilitiess:

As a Qualified Cabinetmaker you will have a proven history within a similar role with the ability to work on bespoke retail projects. You will be able to work within time-scales and deadlines to ensure

contracts and projects targets are met. You will also have experience of working with woodwork machinery and hand power tools.

• Manage a sales pipeline of new business opportunities and existing accounts
• Generate new business accounts by prospecting and networking
• Ability to sell premium products and consult client's on how to create a coherent customer/brand environment that matches the company's vision of brand identity
• Serve as an expert of retail shopfitting and provide technical advice to clients
• Effectively converse with architects, designers and visual merchandisers on retail projects
• Customize and tailor product solutions to meet the client's vision and brand identity
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements

We're seeking someone who can appreciate the unique features of our Design Systems, to support and develop business. Collaborating mainly with end customers and architects the successful applicant would have an understanding of their respective needs as well as that of our Production office, Cabinet Makers, CNC operators, Welders and Shopfitters.

• + 2 years Proven work experience as a sales representative and/or business developer
• + 2 years of sales experience within the retail shopfitting (Display systems and Joinery) sector
• A background in design would be an advantage.
• Active contact with Architects, previous retail customers, and visual merchandisers
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record
• Understanding of interfacing materials such as Wood, glass, metal, Lighting and signage
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record
• Openness to feedback
