- Identify and secure new business opportunities across fabricators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
- Lead commercial negotiations within established authority limits
- Influence project specifications where appropriate, engaging with architects, consultants, and engineers
- Collaborate closely with estimating and production teams to deliver commercially viable and profitable solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure consistent reporting standards
- Safeguard margins and uphold pricing integrity in line with company targets
- Contribute strategic insights on product mix, pricing, and go-to-market approaches
Experience you need:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in façade, glazing, aluminium systems, or construction manufacturing sales
- Demonstrated success in converting technical quotations into profitable contracts
- Strong commercial awareness, including margins, lead times, and operational considerations
- Ability to work independently while adhering to governance frameworks
- Highly organised with a structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
