Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin
Salary: Negotiable DOE

Our client a fit out company are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team for the Dublin location.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Cost control and monitoring
• Assisting with tenders and completing tenders
• Monthly valuations and variations
• Programming of works
• Contract supervision
• Company development
• Pre and post contract administration
• Subcontractor and supplier claims

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• 3+ years' experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages
