Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
- Liaise with subcontractors in relation to negotiate pricing.
- Monitor changes to the project scope and measure variations.
- Collaborate with the site team and client.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in construction industry.
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
