Position: Production Supervisor

Location: South Kildare

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage a small team of people working in the yard and in production areas

* Work with maintenance personnel to ensure a preventative maintenance schedule in place and up to date

* Maintain an efficient and optimum throughput through the plant

Key Skills:

* Good planning and organizational skills

* Ability to manage staff using good people management skills

* Ability to source new staff as and when required

* Competent IT skills

* Mentor and encourage staff to achieve optimum throughput

* Good problem-solving capability and ability to manage change in processes as and when they arise

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 - 5 years working in a similar role
