We are seeking a proactive, experienced Production Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry to lead the daily operations of our production team, ensuring the efficient, safe, and on-time delivery of products.

- Following EHS Standards: Ensure the team follows Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
- Ensuring Process Efficiency: Oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.
- Supporting Cleanroom Supervisor: Assist in meeting daily production targets by providing guidance and resolving any issues.
- Assigning Workload: Allocate daily tasks to production team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Process Improvements: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to ensure a positive, productive environment.
- 5 – 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing planning
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in manufacturing
