Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages and salaries.
- Oversee employee onboarding, including the orientation process and necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and employee rights.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records to maintain accuracy.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and benefits inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or HR Manager with a focus on payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and HR processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies and HR challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management.
