At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Facilities Operations Manager to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin 12. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager within the Facilities and Hygiene industru to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

- €55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience
- Leading, mentoring and supervising a team, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
- Supervising the company’s supply chain and developing
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise service routes and schedules
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, whilst at all times complying with legal regulations.
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Developing and managing the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
- Operations Management, Business Management or a related field
- Proven experience in facilities, pest control or hygiene management or a related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of pest management regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
