At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Office Administrator and Credit Controller to join our client’s growing team based in Carlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office and Accounts Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What’s on Offer:
- €18.50 - €20 per hour depending on experience
- Monday to Friday
- Post invoices to the accounting system once all checks and balances are completed.
- Credit control of accounts and credit checking all potential new customers
- Managing customer queries and delivery dockets.
- Raising invoices and recording/allocation payment receipts in Accounting System
- Process weekly payroll from start to finish on Collsoft post journals to Sage 50
Experience you need:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Bookkeeping and data entry procedures essential
- Willingness to learn and take ownership in routine practices
- Knowledge of SAGE desirable
- Knowledge of payroll essential
