At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Office Administrator and Credit Controller to join our client’s growing team based in Carlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office and Accounts Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
 
What’s on Offer:
  • €18.50 - €20 per hour depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday
Your new role includes:
  • Post invoices to the accounting system once all checks and balances are completed.
  • Credit control of accounts and credit checking all potential new customers
  • Managing customer queries and delivery dockets.
  • Raising invoices and recording/allocation payment receipts in Accounting System
  • Process weekly payroll from start to finish on Collsoft post journals to Sage 50
 
Experience you need:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bookkeeping and data entry procedures essential
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership in routine practices
  • Knowledge of SAGE desirable
  • Knowledge of payroll essential
