At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Office Administrator working in the Construction Industry to join our client’s growing team based in Castledermot. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Consutruction Office Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
What’s on Offer:
- Up to €35,000 depending on experience
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Processing incoming orders and help customers with order enquiries.
- Processing invoices and assisting with the accounts function.
- Maintaining accurate and organized document filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff, facilitating efficient time management.
- Proven experience as an administrator in a cosntruction company or similar industry is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
