Position: Trade Counter Manager

As a Trade Counter Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with the Branch Manager to establish and nurture strong customer relationships
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries, processing quotes, and managing orders for windows and doors
• Engage with potential customers to expand the branch's customer base
• Contribute to the smooth operation of the branch by assisting with trade counter duties, scheduling deliveries, and supporting overall branch operations

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in windows and doors trade supply
• A hands-on approach to supporting branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Great people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotes
• A valid driving license
• This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday (07:30-16:30), and Saturday AM on a 3-week rota
